Not fullfilling requirement for caster weapon - Guild Wars Forums

I know that not fullfilling requirement for weapon will not make it's damage to reach full. But what about the mods? (HCT & HSR) Do they reach their full effect?. And what about focus? They don't do damage at all.

Yep. Mods reach their full effects. Take the Totem Axe for instance. Even though you might not fulfil the axe mastery requirement, your enchanments still last 20% longer.

I just wish I had one of them. ;(

If you don't meet the req for a focus you don't receive the max +12 energy, you still receive the casting/recharge ect to their full potential.

well, i dont think you really need to meet the req on a caster weapon. honestly, how many teams have won becuase the caster has wanded someone to death??? with a caster weapon, you want the mods. derr.
